Greater Alabama Council Refund Policy
Prior to October 17, 2018, 50% refunds will be issued to those requesting it. After October 17, 2018, no refunds shall be issues.
Include in your refund request the following information: Name of the participant, the reason for refund, and provide a copy of your online registration if possible.
Refunds are issued for youth who cannot attend activities, camps, or events due to sickness (please provide a medical excuse if possible), school issues, or death in the immediate family. No refunds will be granted to “NO-SHOWS”.
Note: If you paid your fee to your Unit and they registered you. You will need to collect your refund from your Unit
